Oracle Simphony Point of Sale and Payments Technology to Streamline Food and Beverage Experiences at Craven Cottage and Fulham Pier

Fulham Football Club (FFC) has partnered with Oracle Cloud to modernize its hospitality operations, naming Oracle as its official point of sale (POS) and payments provider. Ahead of the new season, Fulham will roll out Oracle Simphony Cloud POS and Payments Cloud Service across Craven Cottage stadium and the restaurants at the club’s new riverside destination, Fulham Pier.

The technology upgrade aims to create a seamless, data-driven ordering and payment experience for all visitors—whether football fans, casual diners, or guests attending concerts and other events year-round.

“The implementation of Oracle’s cloud technology is the next step in transforming our properties into a premier London lifestyle destination,” said Darren Preston, Chief Operating Officer, Fulham Football Club. “From unparalleled match day experiences to laid-back, stylish places to gather, we are excited to provide fans and guests with a seamless, modern ordering and payments experience that reduces queues and enables more time to enjoy everything we offer.”

The deployment of Oracle Restaurant solutions will provide flexible configurations tailored to each venue—ranging from grab-and-go concessions inside the stadium to handheld ordering devices at Fulham Pier’s upscale dining locations. Fulham FC will also implement Oracle Workstation 8, Kitchen Display Systems, and Simphony’s built-in analytics to optimize order fulfillment, manage inventory in real time, and reduce waste.

These solutions will empower the club to analyze dining preferences, launch real-time promotions, and enhance the fan experience while driving operational efficiency.

“Fulham Football Club is leading the way in sports and entertainment, creating a world-class, year-round destination experience with Oracle’s modern ordering and payments solutions,” said Alex Alt, Executive Vice President and General Manager, Oracle Consumer Industries. “By leveraging data insights across their venues, Fulham can continually adapt to the changing needs of their guests, delivering memorable outings that keep fans, local residents, and visitors coming back time and time again.”
